Why does my order show as delivered but hasn't arrived?

When you track one of our orders, you may notice a message suggesting that it has been delivered; nevertheless, the shipping courier may have marked an order as delivered when it has not, and the order is delivered a few days later. 

If this is the case, please wait for two days to see if the product has been delivered; if not, please get in touch with our support team, and we will assist you in tracking the order's current status.
