How to Use the "Add Contact" Button?

The "Add Contact" button is one of the most important Call to Actions that a Digital Card can have. It contains a downloadable file known as a VCF (Virtual Card File), which includes all the contact information you set up within your Profile. This button is available in most templates and may appear as "Save Contact" or "Add to Contacts." It can also be manually added.


To fully understand this button, we need to access the Digital Card Builder or "editing mode." Follow these steps: Click on Business Cards in the Dashboard's sidebar. Locate the Digital Card you want to edit, click on Manage, and then click on Edit Content.


Once in the builder, you can add this button at any time by clicking the blue "+" icon at the bottom of the Digital Card Builder and choosing the "Add Contact" module.


Choosing a Profile: For this button to function properly, you must assign a profile to it:
  • Double-click or tap on the edit icon (pencil shape icon).

  • Click on the blank space of Select Profile.

  • Find and select your profile by typing its name or by clicking on it.

Advanced Properties: Each module within the Digital Card Builder can be modified to varying degrees. To do so, go to Edit and then Button Properties. From there, you can access every possible modification, such as changing the button color, shape, or even adding shadows. It's all up to your creativity.
