Team Physical Products

When you are an administrator of your Organization, you will have access to advanced features that regular users do not have access to.

One of these features is the Team Physical Products section, which provides tools for managing each member's physical products, including analytics, action, and member assignments for each product.
  • To access this section, expand Organization in the dashboard's sidebar
  • Click on Team Physical Products
  • At the top of the screen, you'll see some analytics that will help you identify the team's products by type, status, and how many Virtual Cards and Mini Pages are under the Organization
  • At the bottom, you'll find a list of all the products owned by the company, as well as the actions you can take with each one

  • When you click on Edit User Assigned, you can select who will be the owner of the selected card
  • Choose the user to whom you want to assign it by clicking on their name in the pop-up window
  • Click on Assign Now

  • You can modify all of the products' content by clicking on Manage Product
  • You can assign a name by typing it on the Product Name
  • You can confirm by clicking the Change Name button
  • By clicking on Edit Content, you can edit the content that is currently assigned to the product, which could be a Virtual Card or a Mini-Page

  • If you click on Change Action, you can assign a Virtual Card or a Mini Page to the currently selected product
  • Confirm by clicking the Assign Now button

  • Finally, by clicking on the QR Code, you can export the QR Code for the currently selected product
  • Select the format in which you want the QR Code to be saved
