Team Mini-Pages

When you are an administrator of your Organization, you will have access to advanced features that regular users do not have access to.

The Team Mini-Pages section, for example, provides tools for managing each member's Mini-Pages, such as analytics, editing, and managing tools for each Mini-Page.
  • To access this section, expand Organization in the dashboard's sidebar
  • Click on Team Mini-Pages

Team Mini-Pages Dashboard
Within this Dashboard, you will have complete control over each Mini-Page, as well as feedback from the Analytics that appear at the top of this screen.



This table will keep track of how many Mini-Pages are assigned to the organization.

This table displays the types of devices from which Mini-Pages' virtual cards have been downloaded or saved.

Dashboard's Features

Preview
  1. Under Action click on Preview (Eye Icon)
  2. To ensure that everything is working properly, test every feature on the Mini-Page



Edit
  1. Under Action click on Edit (Pencil Icon)
  2. Edit the Mini-Page as needed, then Save. (See our articles on Mini-Pages to have an in-depth guide about the Mini-Page builder)



Duplicate
  1. Under Action click on Duplicate (Two Pages Icon)
  2. Click on OK



Share
  1. Under Action click on Share (Three Unified Dots Icon)
  2. Click on Copy Link or any Social Media Button



Delete
  1. Under Action click on Delete (Trash Bin Icon)
  2. Click on Proceed
