Privacy Center

When an Organization has multiple users on their account, it is critical to manage privacy; these options can be found in the Privacy Center. An administrator of the Organization can access these options.

To access the Privacy Center, complete the following steps:
  • Expand Organization in the dashboard's sidebar
  • Click on Privacy Center

Privacy Center Options:
  • To change any option, press any of the switch buttons
  • Within this section, you can also delete user data by clicking Delete Account

Capture Audience Insights & Events
Your Organization will be able to review how team members engage with their audience. No personal information is stored, only analytical data such as the total of website clicks or visits.

Create Contacts from Mini-Page Forms
Enable this option to unify and grow your audience by converting filled forms into contacts. Disabling this option will email the form information, but contacts won't be stored.

Contact Enrichment
Enrich contact information using their email and public information associated with them, such as company revenue, logo, total employees, and social links. Taptok uses a vetted 3rd Party to capture this information. You can review their privacy policy here.

Approximate Geo-Location Enrichment
Review from which city/country your audience engages and connects with your content. Taptok uses a vetted 3rd Party to capture this information. You can review their privacy policy here.

User Data Deletion Request
Remove all data associated with a user of your Organization. By sending this request, you accept that all information related to this user will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable
