Migrating Taptok products from old to new platform

The "Pending Migration" alert is shown to customers who purchased our products before our latest platform update. This means that any product bought through our old website (app.taptok.co) will display this alert. However, there is no need for concern. You can upgrade your products at any time without any additional cost. 

We highly recommend this upgrade as it grants access to all the new features and benefits of our current platform.

Here are the steps to complete this process:

1. In the Dashboard section, you will find all your purchased products listed at the top. Look for any products marked as "Pending Migration" and click the "Upgrade Product" button.

2. A confirmation message will appear. Proceed by clicking "Upgrade Product."

3. You will then be redirected to the Virtual Card creation box. Here, you can enter all your personal information and social media details. If you make any mistakes or choose not to fill out all the fields, don't worry; you can modify your Virtual Card later through the Virtual Cards section of the dashboard.

4. After filling out all the fields, click the "Continue" button at the bottom.

5. Next, you will be directed to select a Mini Page template. Choose one that best suits your needs. Remember, you can modify your Mini Page at any time via the Mini Page section of the Dashboard.

6. Click the "Complete Activation" button.

7. Finally, select "Go to Dashboard." You will see that the status of your upgraded product has changed to "Activated."
