Understanding contact forms

Contact Forms are an effective tool for connecting with anyone who completes them on your Digital Card. This information will be reflected as a new contact on the Connections dashboard, as explained further in our Connections dashboard article.

This component is included in the majority of the Digital Card templates, but you can also add it manually by following these steps:

  • To access the Add Components menu, click the blue "+" icon.
  • Scroll down to the Lead Generation section and select Contact Form.

You have several options for editing this module:

  • To enter editing mode, click on the pencil icon when the component is selected.


  • Within the editing menu, specifically the Style section, you'll find numerous options for changing the look of the module, such as fonts, colors, background, and corner options.
