What happens if I lose my Taptok card?

When your Taptok Card is lost or stolen, there are several steps you can take to protect the information on your card. Below, we will show you how to handle the situation independently or with our assistance.

1- Personally locking it
When you buy one of our products, you'll also get access to our Audience Connections Platform, where you'll get tools to manage your physical products and digital content, including the ability to lock any of your products manually. To do so, follow these steps:



  • Locate the product you want to lock and then click on Manage Product 



  • Once in the Manage Product section, click on Lock Product 



  • Lastly, click on Lock 



2- Via the Report Issue feature
Our platform has the feature Report Issue within any section of it and will use the current area you are navigating as a reference, so you can report your product using this option. To do so, follow the steps below:
  • Scroll down and click the title Report Issue alongside a bug icon in the Manage Product section (as shown in the previous steps).



  • Once the reporting screen appears, describe your issue and specify that you want to lock your product. A support team member will receive this ticket and lock your card.



3- Contacting our support team or account manager
Another option for locking your products is to contact our support team directly or if your plan includes the benefit of a dedicated account manager. You can contact them in various ways by clicking Help & Support or the Dedicated Account Manager options in the dashboard's sidebar.
