When an order is marked as pending by design, you must take the following steps to ensure that the order is correctly completed:
- To get started, navigate to our Taptok Designer at https://designer.tt.social/editor.php?product_base=0
- Choose the material of the ordered product
- Customize your product as desired, remembering that you can choose templates from the left side bar or change it with complete freedom using all of the tools provided by the designer
- After you've completed customizing, go to File and choose Save as File
After downloading the file (LUMI), submit it to the sales representative who contacted you via email about your purchase being pending for design; once they get this file, they will assist you to complete your order.
