Our cards do not require energy or batteries to function; nonetheless, there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure they work correctly.
- Your card must be activated, and content (Mini-Page or Virtual Card) must be added
- To tap your card via NFC, the prospect's phone must have an NFC chip
- To share your card through a QR code, the prospect's phone must be equipped with a QR-enabled native or third-party app
- For your Mini-Page or Virtual card to be downloaded/shown onto the prospect's phone, they must have an Internet connection
