Using any of our cards is a fast and easy process that can be completed in a few simple steps. Before following these steps, please ensure that you have previously activated your card. If you haven't done so, you can find instructions by clicking here.
1- To tap your card to a prospect's phone or your own, place the center of the card on the backside of the mobile device. The exact position may vary depending on the type of device, whether it's an iPhone or Android.
2- When tapping on an iPhone, make sure the screen is on and unlocked. Place the center of the card at the top edge of the phone. For newer models, it's best to tap right above where the camera is located. You can also watch this demonstration video for reference:
3- When using an Android device, place the card on the lower half of the phone. Ensure that NFC (Near Field Communication) is enabled, as it may sometimes be disabled on Androids. Settings options and their locations may vary on different Android phones. You can watch this video for guidance:
4- While our cards are primarily known for their NFC capabilities, we also recommend having a QR Code app installed on your phone. This allows you to use the QR Code on the card as needed. In some cases, when sharing your card with prospects who may not have an NFC-enabled phone, you can suggest that they scan your card with a QR Code scanner as an alternative solution.
5- Always keep in mind the objectives you want to achieve with your card and update its content as necessary. If you want to make a lasting impression and present your information in a unique way, consider using Mini-Pages, as they offer visually rich content. However, if you prefer a quick exchange of contact information, you can assign your Virtual Card to your physical card, as it is a downloadable file. The choice is ultimately yours.
