Understanding the "My Audience" Dashboard

The "My Audience" section on the Dashboard allows you to analyze your audience across all physical and digital channels. All interactions with your audience will be automatically created and updated here. For example, if someone fills out a lead generation form on one of your Mini Pages or you convert a Paper Business Card, it will be saved as a Contact.

Upon accessing the Dashboard, you will find a quick summary of your audience. However, for a more detailed view, the "My Audience" menu contains two powerful sections that store comprehensive information about your audience. To access these sections, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on the "My Audience" menu in the Dashboard's sidebar
  • Select "Insights" to view analytics related to audience insights, audience engagement, and acquisition

In the Audience Insights and Audience Engagement sections, you will discover how each individual interacts with your contact information in various ways. Each number and title within Audience Insights will provide precise information on how many people have interacted with specific parts of your contact, such as your email or Virtual Card.

Understanding Audience Engagement.
You can filter the ways your content engages people in this section.
  • To adjust the time frame displayed in the table, click on the three dots icon.
  • Each colored word can be filtered to create a graphical representation or to remove specific items from the table, offering numerous filtering options
  • Hovering over the table will provide you with analytics based on both day and time

Understanding Audience Acquisition.
This section explains how your audiences are converted into contacts.
  • Similar to Audience Engagement, you can adjust the time frame by clicking on the three dots icon
  • By clicking on any of the colored words, you can filter the selected phrase to the graphic and see where each person was converted into a contact

Leads & Contacts
  • Click on the "My Audience" menu in the Dashboard's sidebar
  • Select "Leads & Contacts"
In this section, you will find every contact and lead you have acquired as part of your audience. It offers multiple tools, including Summary Stats, Digitalize Paper Cards, Create Contact, Export to Excel File, Filtering options, Engage feature, contact details, and more.
