The 'Connections' section of the Dashboard allows you to analyze your audience across all physical and digital channels, with all interactions automatically recorded and updated here. For instance, if someone fills out a lead generation form on one of your Digital Cards or is converted into a contact from a Paper Business Card, their information will be saved as a Contact in this section.
The 'Contact Timeline' provides an analysis of all interactions that have occurred with a contact or lead. These interactions may include how they became a lead or contact, such as originating from a Digital Card. Additionally, you can view all Contact Engagements you've had with them and access enriched information provided by the AI after analyzing the contact's details, among other features.
To locate the 'Contact Timeline' section, follow these steps:
1- In the Dashboard's sidebar, click on 'Connections.'
2- Find and click on the contact for which you want to view the 'Contact Timeline.'
3- Once inside the contact's information, you'll find the 'Contact Timeline' displayed on the right side of the screen. This timeline provides details about the actions the contact took to become either a lead or contact, their interactions with you, and any valuable information discovered by the AI regarding the contact. Within this section, you can add Event Notes and Reminders regarding any interaction you have had with the prospect.
