Duplicating Digital Cards can be highly beneficial. It serves as a backup and allows organizations with many users to use templates as a base design for all current and upcoming users.
There are two different scenarios for duplicating Digital Cards:
Scenario 1: Administrator's Perspective
As an account administrator, you can access all users' information within the organization, allowing you to duplicate Digital Cards and assign them to different users. Follow these steps if you are an administrator:
- Expand the Business Administration menu in the Dashboard's sidebar and select Team Cards.
- Locate the Digital Card you want to duplicate and click the Duplicate button (icon that looks like two pages).
- Click on Change User and choose the user you want to assign the copy to (skip this step if you don't need to assign the Digital Card to someone else).
Scenario 2: Non-Administrator's Perspective
If you are part of an organization but not an administrator, follow these steps:
- In the Dashboard's sidebar, click on Business Cards.
- Locate the Digital Card you want to duplicate, click on Manage, and select Duplicate.
