Team Virtual Cards

When you are an administrator of your Organization, you will have access to advanced features that regular users do not have access to.

For example, the Team Virtual Cards section provides tools for managing each member's Virtual Cards, such as analytics, editing, and Managing Tools for each Virtual Card.

To access this section, expand Organization in the Dashboard's sidebar
Click on Team Virtual Cards

Team Virtual Cards Dashboard

Within this Dashboard, you will have complete control over each Virtual Card and feedback from the Analytics that appear at the top of this screen.

This table will track how many Virtual Cards are assigned to the Organization.

This table displays the types of devices from which Virtual Cards have been downloaded or saved.

Dashboard's Features:

Assigning User to Virtual Card

Click on Change under Assigned User
Type or select the name of the person to assign the Virtual Card to
Click on Assign Now

Edit Virtual Card

Under Action, click on Edit (Pen Icon)
Fill out the necessary information in the pop-up window
Once finished, click Save

Duplicating

Under Action, click on Duplicate (Two Pages Icon)
Click on OK

Download QR Code

Under Action, click on Download QR (Down Arrow Icon)
Wait until the file has been downloaded

Share Virtual Card

Under Action, click on Share (Three Unified Dots Icon)
Click on the Copy Link or click any of the shown social media

Delete Virtual Card

Under Action, click on Delete (Trash Bin Icon)
Click on Proceed
