With the Team Performance metrics, the administrator of an organization account can discover top performers utilizing Taptok to its fullest. Rankings are calculated using a sophisticated algorithm that measures key events, including lead generation, physical interactions, views, and digital conversions of paper cards.
To access this section, from the Dashboard's sidebar, click on Organization and then Team Performance.

The first feature you'll find is being able to select the timeframe in which you need the metrics to be based.

Once your chosen timeframe has been applied, the results will be reflected in the Top 3 Members section.

Under the Top 3 Members section, you'll find the summary of every user within the Organization and their engagement with their audience.
