Duplicating Mini-Pages and its importance

Duplicating Mini-Pages can be a beneficial activity to perform in all of your Mini-Pages; it serves as a backup and allows organizations with a large number of users to use templates as a base design for all of their current and upcoming users.

There are two different scenarios on how we can do this practice. The first scenario is from an administrator's perspective; remember that your account administrators can access the organization's users' information, Virtual Cards, Physical Products, Mini-Pages, and more, allowing them to duplicate Mini-Pages and assign them to different users.

If you are an administrator in your organization's account, proceed as follows:
  • Expand the organization section in the Dashboard's sidebar
  • Select Team Mini-Pages
  • Look for the Mini-Page you want to duplicate
  • Select the duplicate button (Icon that seems like two pages)
  • Click on Change User and then choose who you want to assign that copy to
  • You can then edit that Mini-Page or tell the user you assigned it to check their account and confirm if they can see and modify it.

If you are under an organization account but are not an administrator, proceed as follows:
  • At the Dashboard's sidebar, click on Mini-Pages
  • Look for the Mini-Page you want to duplicate.
  • Click on Manage Mini Page and Select the duplicate button (Icon that seems like two pages)
  • You can then edit that Mini-Page as you wish, and remember to save any edits you make to it and name it as you desire it within the editor.
