What does 'Pending Migration' in Products mean?

The "Pending Migration" alert is displayed to customers who made purchases before our platform change update, indicating products bought through our previous website (app.taptok.co). However, there's no need for concern as you can upgrade your products at any time without any additional cost.


We highly recommend this upgrade as it provides access to all the new features and benefits of our current platform. Here's how to complete the process:


1. Navigate to the Products Dashboard section by clicking on "Products" in the Dashboard sidebar.


2. Look for any products marked with "Pending Migration" and click the "Upgrade Product" button.


3. A confirmation message will appear. Proceed by clicking "Upgrade Product."


4. You will then be redirected to the Profile creation box. Here, enter all your personal information and social media details. If you make any mistakes or choose not to fill out all the fields, don't worry; you can modify your Profile later through the Profiles section of the dashboard.


5. After filling out all the fields, click the "Continue" button at the bottom.

6. Next, you will be directed to choose a Digital Card template. Digital Cards act like mini websites where you can set them up as creatively as you want. They are the content that will be shared when someone taps or scans your Physical Card. Choose one that best suits your needs. Remember, you can modify your Digital Card at any time via the Business Cards section of the Dashboard.


7. Click the "Complete Activation" button.


8. Finally, you can select "Go to Dashboard" or "Edit Digital Card content." You will see then that the status of your upgraded product has changed to "Activated" in the Products section.
