The Pending Migration alert is displayed to customers who purchased our product before our most recent platform update, which means that any product purchased through our old website (app.taptok.co) will display this exact alert. This is not something to be concerned about, and you can upgrade your products at any time at no cost, which is something we highly recommend doing because it will give you access to all of the new features and advantages of our current Platform.
Let's go over the steps to finish this process:
- At the top of the Dashboard section, you'll see all of your acquired products; if any of them say Pending Migration, click the Upgrade Product button
- A message will appear, and you can then confirm by clicking on Upgrade Product

- You will be redirected to your Virtual Card creation box, where you can fill out all fields with your personal information and social media. If you make any mistakes or don't want to fill out all of the areas yet, don't worry because you can later modify your Virtual Card through the Virtual Cards section of the dashboard
- When you've finished filling out all of the fields, click the Continue button at the bottom

- Once completed, you will be redirected to select a Mini Page template; choose any that you believe will meet your needs. Remember, you can modify (and we highly recommend that you do) your Mini Page at any time via the Mini Pages section of the Dashboard
- Select the Complete Activation button
- Finally, click on Go to Dashboard, and you'll see that the status of your upgraded product has changed to Activated
