1. Navigate to the "Products" section in the Dashboard's Sidebar.
2. Find the product you wish to lock, then click "Manage Product." In the expandable menu, select "Lock Product."
3. On the new screen, confirm by clicking "Lock."
Resetting your product to factory settings allows you to restart the activation process. This is helpful if the activation process fails or if you're migrating your product and encountering issues.
