Lock, or reset a product

How Do I Lock a Product?
This feature locks your Product so no one can use it. This is useful in cases your Product is lost or stolen. Keep in mind this action is irreversible.


1. From the Dashboard Sidebar, click on the Physical Product section or Click on any of the Products within the Dashboard summary


2. Choose the Product to be locked


3. Click on Manage Product

4. Click on the Lock Product button


5. Click on Lock to confirm



How Do I Reset a Product?
This feature is helpful to reset your Product to factory settings. This will allow you to restart the activation process. It is useful in cases where the activation process has gone wrong or if you are migrating your Product and it's not working correctly  (See Product Migration Article).


1. From the Dashboard Sidebar, click on the Physical Product section or Click on any of the Products within the Dashboard summary


2. Choose the Product to be reset


3. Click on Manage Product


4. Click on the Reset Product button


5. Click on Reset to confirm
