To initiate the Engage process, begin by searching for the contact or lead you wish to engage with. You can do this either by using the Filter option or by scrolling through the Navigation bar. Once you have identified the desired contact or lead, click on the 'Draft Message' button.

Upon clicking, a new window will appear with an AI-generated message. You have the flexibility to edit this message at any time by selecting the words you wish to change. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can click the 'Refresh' option to generate a new message.

To complete the Engage process, choose the Contact Information (Profile) you want to share with them and, finally, click 'Send.'
