Both methods will share the same contact details and have the same goal; however, they work differently.
Tap: This method is only compatible with smartphones with NFC capabilities as these phones are the only ones that can detect NFC devices (in this example, the chip on our card). When you tap your card on a phone, the content you've added to it, whether a Virtual Card or a Mini-Page, will be displayed on the prospect's phone.
Scan: This approach works for phones that lack NFC capability and requires either a native or third-party QR Code reader app. Once the QR code is scanned, the phone will display the same content as previously indicated. QR Codes can also be shared via our platform on social media, email, or other methods.
