Differences between tt.social and taptok.co platform domains

The primary difference between our two domains is that tt.social is the updated version of our platform, while taptok.co is our older domain and platform. We have initiated the migration of all user accounts to our new domain and platform, which boasts enhanced functionality and performance.

If your account is yet to be migrated, you will see a "Pending Migration" message on the dashboard of our latest platform (https://app.tt.social/dashboard).

This should not be a cause for concern as you can update your products at any time without any cost. We strongly encourage doing so, as it will grant you access to the new features and benefits of our current platform.

Let's walk through the process to complete this migration:

1. In the Dashboard section, you'll see all your acquired products listed at the top. If any are marked as "Pending Migration," click the "Upgrade Product" button.

2. A message will appear for confirmation; click on "Upgrade Product" to proceed.

3. You will then be redirected to your Virtual Card creation box, where you can fill in all fields with your personal information and social media details. If you make any errors or choose not to complete all fields, there's no need to worry. You can later modify your Virtual Card through the Virtual Cards section of the dashboard.

4. After completing all fields, click the "Continue" button at the bottom.

5. Next, you will be directed to select a Mini Page template. Choose one that meets your needs. Remember, you can (and we highly recommend that you do) modify your Mini Page at any time via the Mini Pages section of the Dashboard.

6. Click the "Complete Activation" button.

7. Finally, click on "Go to Dashboard." You will see that the status of your upgraded product has changed to "Activated."
