The main difference between the two domains is that one, tt.social, is what we consider the updated version of our platform, and the other, taptok.co, is our old domain and platform. We've begun migrating all user accounts to our new domain and platform, which has improved functionality and performance.
If your account has not yet been migrated, you will see a "Pending Migration" message in our newest platform's dashboard (https://app.tt.social/dashboard).
This is not a cause for concern because you may update your products at any time at no cost, which we highly encourage because it will provide you access to all of our current platform's new features and benefits.
Let's go over the steps to finish this process:
- At the top of the Dashboard section, you'll see all of your acquired products; if any of them say Pending Migration, click the Upgrade Product button
- A message will appear, and you can then confirm by clicking on Upgrade Product

- You will be redirected to your Virtual Card creation box, where you can fill out all of the fields with your personal information and social media. If you make any mistakes or don't want to fill out all of the fields yet, don't worry, as you can later modify your Virtual Card through the Virtual Cards section of the dashboard
- When you've finished filling out all of the fields, click the Continue button at the bottom

- Once completed, you will be redirected to select a Mini Page template; choose any that you believe will meet your needs; remember, you can modify (and we highly recommend that you do) your Mini Page at any time via the Mini-Pages section of the Dashboard
- Select the Complete Upgrade option
- Finally, click on Go to Dashboard and you'll see that the status of your upgraded product has changed to Activated
