Having a phone with NFC capabilities is a significant advantage when acquiring one of our Physical Cards, as it is quicker and more efficient than the QR Code method. However, some devices might have their NFC capabilities disabled by default. Knowing how to turn them on will not only help you personally to test and activate your card but will also allow you to explain this process to any prospect you interact with, in case their NFC is turned off and you are trying to share your Contact Information with them.
Most Android phones use a similar enabling process, but keep in mind that it might vary depending on the model or brand you have acquired. However, within this article, we'll show you the most common steps for enabling NFC:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap Connections
- Tap NFC and contactless payments
- Tap the switch to turn NFC on

Now that NFC has been enabled on your device, you can test it by tapping the card to the phone. Remember that when using Androids, you need to place the card at the lower half of the phone. You can also watch this example:
