Please report any problems or unusual behavior on our platform. Reporting an issue is a feature that can be accessed from anywhere on our platform and is always located in the bottom left corner.
We will show an example as if you were reporting an issue from the Virtual Cards section:
- Click on any area of the Dashboard's sidebar where you are experiencing problems, in this case, the Virtual Cards section
- Scroll down until you see "Report Issue" next to a bug icon, then click on it
- A screen will appear where you can enter as many details about the problem as you want
- Click on Submit
