Mastering the management of your Leads and Contacts through the "Connections" section is crucial, given its wealth of information about your audience. This section offers robust tools for storing and organizing extensive contact data. Let's delve into its key features.

Navigate to the "Connections" section by clicking on it in the dashboard's sidebar.

At the top, you'll find contact creation tools, including an Artificial Intelligence-driven option ("Digitalize Paper Card") and a manual one ("+Create Contact").

Below, graphical summary stats illustrate how contacts or leads have been acquired.

The main bottom section allows you to search, manage, and engage with your contacts and leads in various ways.

Here are the options within this section for effective contact and lead management:

  • Use the search filter to locate specific contacts or export your contacts as an Excel file.
  • Utilize the "Draft Message" feature to engage with contacts, enabling you to send automated messages and reminders effortlessly.
  • Access multiple management options for each contact by clicking the three dots icon at the bottom right corner.

Click on any part of the contact box to access comprehensive details and interactions. Here, the AI provides insights and analytics based on the contact's information, such as website and company details. You'll also find the contact timeline, where you can add tags, event notes, and reminders. Additionally, the AI assigns a contact score reflecting the value and impact of each lead or contact in your address book.

By leveraging these features effectively, you can streamline your contact management process and enhance your professional relationships.
