How to manage your Leads & Contacts?

The "My Audience" section on the Dashboard enables you to analyze your audience across all physical and digital channels. All interactions with your audience are automatically recorded and updated here. For instance, when someone completes a lead generation form on one of your Mini Pages or when you convert a Paper Business Card, it is saved as a Contact.

When you access the Dashboard, you'll see a brief summary of your audience. For a more comprehensive view, the "My Audience" menu contains two powerful sections that store extensive information about your audience. One of these sections is "Leads & Contacts." In this section, you'll find every contact and lead you have acquired as part of your audience. It offers multiple management tools that will be explained in this article.

To access "Leads & Contacts":
  • Click on the "My Audience" menu in the Dashboard's sidebar
  • Select "Leads & Contacts"

In the upper section, you'll find contact creation tools, including an Artificial Intelligence-driven tool (Digitalize Paper Card) and a manual one (+Create Contact). Both of these tools are explained in detail in the following articles.

Below it, you'll find graphical summary stats that show how these contacts or leads have been created.

The last section allows you to search, manage, and engage your contacts and leads in many ways.
Here are the options within this section:
  • Filter the search engine to find a specific contact within your list or export your contacts as an Excel File
  • By clicking the three dots icon at the bottom right corner of each contact, you can access multiple management options for that selected contact

Finally, by clicking on any part of the contact box container, you'll access all the contact's details and interactions. Besides that, the AI will provide you with insights and analytics based on the contact's information, such as their website and company information. The contact timeline can also be found here (see this article for further explanation). You can add tags, event notes, and reminders regarding the selected contact. Last but not least, the AI will give you a contact score that reflects the value and impact this lead or contact can have on your list.
