Auto lead generation features explained

Modified on Thu, 16 May at 11:51 AM

The Digital Card Builder and the Platform offer various auto lead generation features to help you collect data in multiple ways, including gathering new contacts from potential customers who fill out contact forms or other lead generation forms. These features are designed to enhance your ability to capture and manage leads effectively.

Remember, practically all the data collected using these features is displayed as analytics in the Insights and Connections sections of the platform. You can find out more about it here.

Disclaimer: This article only explains the purpose of each of these elements. If you want to know how to use the Digital Card Builder, we suggest reading all other Digital Cards articles.

Add Contact Auto Lead Generation:

This important tool allows any prospect to download your contact information from your profile and share their contact information with you. If they do so, the platform automatically collects their information and adds them as a new contact in the Connections section.

QR Codes:

QR Codes can be used in various ways within the platform and from different sections of the Dashboard. They are mainly used to share your Digital Content, but they can also be linked to any specific content on your website. Their use depends on your creativity.

Contact Forms:

Contact forms serve many purposes, making it simple for a prospect to contact you for support, more information about your services, inquiries, or to request a callback.

Appointment Forms:

Appointment forms are powerful tools that help you keep track of the appointments your prospects request. When prospects fill out and submit these forms, you will receive an email with the information they provided.

Subscribe Forms:

Subscribe forms are mainly used to add potential customers to your newsletter list.

Calendly:

Calendly is one of the third-party tools supported by the Digital Card Builder. It allows you to embed a custom scheduling page and routing forms into your Digital Card to facilitate quick scheduling and minimize customer attrition.

MailChimp.

MailChimp is another third-party tool supported by the Digital Card Builder. It is an all-in-one marketing platform that helps you manage and communicate with your clients, consumers, and other interested parties.
